Our Cuisine

Healthy eating involves eating a variety of food. And for us, this includes serving you different cuisines. Enjoy Chinese, Italian, American, or comfort Filipino dishes without having to leave your home. We Pride ourselves in serving gourmet meals that taste as good as they look. After-all, we’re called “iChef” for a reason.

Our Kitchen

Our Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel
state-of-the-art equipment, and is run by professional chefs. We follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of your food. Our facilities are accredited for commercial purposes.

To make sure your food stays fresh, we buy all our ingredients the day we deliver them to you.

Ah eggs… our favorite staple. And as it turns out, eggs are good for you, being cleared off the issues with regard to cholesterol.

Baked, boiled, grilled, sautéed in olive oil

We only cook the healthy way, which makes food less greasy and lower in calories.

All lean whole meat. No fat, no processed meat

Fat, especially saturated solid fat from meat is definitely high in calories and bad for the health.

Fruit-based desserts using natural low-cal sweetener

We make sure that your desserts are primarily fruit-based, because fruits are nutritious aside from delectable.

Dishes prepared in easy portions for consumption

All our meals are easy to eat with no mess and no stress.

At least one seafood dish per day

Seafood, especially tuna & salmon, contain high doses of good fat Omega-3, which has been found to aid the body in many things, including: heart health, brain activity, anti-aging, skin elasticity and much more!

We choose only the healthiest carbs for you: Brown/Red/Purple Rice, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Oats, Beans and Corn.

We emphasize gourmet meals fit for a fine person like you!

Minimal use of dairy and no butter & margarine

Dairy is a good source of calcium and nutrients, but some new research are pointing out the health drawbacks in consuming too much of it, so we decided to limit dairy to be used only as flavor enhancers in our meals.

Minimal use of pasta & bread

We’re avoiding Gluten in your diet as research has shown Gluten to be a threat to our health.
