What meal plans are available?
We currently have 3 Meal Plans: Standard Balanced Meals, High Protein Meals and IF Meals. While calories can be increased or decreased based on the Nutritionist Assessment, the Standard Meal Plan keeps a healthy balance of 50:30:20 Carb-Protein-Fat Ratio also our High Protein uses 30:40:30 macros while our IF meals is calorie counted too, perfect for people who practices OMAD’s.

What do we recommend out of the three Meal Plans? For most clients, the Standard Balanced Meal Plan is suggested. For strength athletes and people who want to improve their muscle definitions, we recommend the High Protein Meal Plan, lastly the IF meals perfect for Intermittent Fasting, one meal a day.

Isn't microwaving destructive to the food and also unhealthy?
While we acknowledge the hesitance of people to using microwave due to past beliefs and widespread rumor, no conclusive scientific finding has been presented that shows Microwaving to be damaging nor unhealthy. That is why Microwaving is still FDA approved and used by all countries to this day. However, as a matter of preference, you may opt to use steamers, steam oven, or remove the food from the containers to heat them normally.
What can be your best discount for those who want to lose weight but don't have that big budget?

Do you have KETO meal?
Unfortunately, we do not carry any KETO programs as of the moment, as this is quite challenging to follow in our Code of Healthy Cooking that limits meat and dairy products to improve overall health and reduce heart disease.

If your goal is to lose weight and stay healthy, may we suggest that you try our DASH based diet instead? Our meal plans (whether Standard or High Protein) ensure calorie counted meals that will help you lose weight, while also ensuring that you are eating nutrient rich, disease-fighting and ultra-delicious meals! Our meals are sure to keep you satisfied and consistent with your weight loss journey! No hunger grouchiness or “kakasawa food” we promise!

How do you deliver?
We know that food must be delivered the moment it is prepared in order to ensure quality and freshness. That is why we use our own Company Riders to deliver your meal sets.

All our riders (and even kitchen staff) are swab tested regularly with disinfection protocols to ensure safe and worry-free delivery.

Do you deliver within the day?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate early morning or same day deliveries. However, we assure our clients that our ingredients are ordered fresh from the market and hand-selected by our own Chef, in order to serve you fresh, high quality and very nutritious food. Trusted by hundreds of our clients over the years, we assure you this uncompromising service!
Do you deliver in the province?
As much as we would like to serve everyone, iChef Express is only available in metro Manila and select cities in South and North area. If you are interested in eventually trying our service, please drop us your NAME, ADDRESS and CONTACT NUMBER so that we can inform you once iChef Express is available in your area! Thank you for your interest!

Should you wish to use your own preferred mode of delivery, we are happy to accommodate!

Why is there still a delivery fee?
Our office and Kitchen is located at Cubao, Quezon City. As such, we put a small delivery fee for areas that are either far from our address, or have difficult parking areas for our Riders such as Business Districts or High Traffic Locations.

However, we assure to you that our delivery fee is lower than ALL commercial delivery services such as Lalamove, Grab, Etc. as we do not aim to profit from such delivery activities.

I don’t think my meal is high protein
We appreciate your comment, and would like to assure you that our High Protein Meal Plan follows a 30:40:30 Ratio of Carbs-Protein-Fat which has been validated by our Resident Nutritionist. One commonly overlooked reason is that many of our “carb-rich” food in our meals are healthier alternatives, such as brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and oats. These healthier types of carbs contain a higher amount of protein than ordinary carbs, and thereby contributes in the computation for protein. At the same time, we use a lot of vegetables and mushrooms that contribute a lower carb count, even though they are considered to be “carb-rich” food.
